Easy Mac N’ Cheese

Macaroni and Cheese

  • 16 oz elbow noodles
  • 4-5 cup shredded, sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2½ cups milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Butter a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside

  3. Cook noodles as directed in the box, then drain water and set noodles aside

  4. Spoon half of the noodles in the 9×13 baking dish

  5. Than layer half of the cheese on top of the noodles

  6. Add 3 Tbsp of butter to the cheese layer

  7. Repeat steps 4-6 and set the baking dish aside

  8. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

  9. Add the milk and egg mixture to the noodles and cheese

  10. Bake for 45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and a little brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
