
Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 16 oz elbow noodles
- 4-5 cup brown sugar
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- 2½ cups milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside
- Cook noodles as directed in the box, then drain water and set noodles aside
- Spoon half of the noodles in the 9x13 baking dish
- Than layer half of the cheese on top of the noodles
- Add 3 Tbsp of butter to the cheese layer
- Repeat steps 4-6 and set the baking dish aside
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Add the milk and egg mixture to the noodles and cheese
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and a little brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
