Macaroni and Cheese

  • 16 oz elbow noodles
  • 4-5 cup brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • cups milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside
  • Cook noodles as directed in the box, then drain water and set noodles aside
  • Spoon half of the noodles in the 9x13 baking dish
  • Than layer half of the cheese on top of the noodles
  • Add 3 Tbsp of butter to the cheese layer
  • Repeat steps 4-6 and set the baking dish aside
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  • Add the milk and egg mixture to the noodles and cheese
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until the cheese is melted and a little brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
